Hello, I am a data engineer at Kakao, the largest community service company in Korea. In the advertising recommendation team, I develop Kafka applications that process various user information through ETL processes. My work deeply involves Kafka Connect, Streams, and Spark Streaming. Additionally, I have authored a specialized book on Kafka in Korean and am currently producing content on YouTube.

Based on my knowledge and experience with Kafka, I authored a book titled Apache Kafka Application Programming with Java. This book is a valuable resource for those developing Kafka clients (consumers, producers, etc.) using Java. It became a bestseller in Korea and led to numerous speaking engagements. Additionally, I share various experiences from my work through my blog and YouTube channel, contributing to the community by providing insights and knowledge.
